Rosanna Arleo assists the firm’s clients mainly in the areas of corporate law, advising both domestic and international companies on strategic transactions, such as shares or assets acquisitions and dismissals, corporate capital increases, joint venture agreements and investment contracts involving start-up companies.

Furthermore, Rosanna provides assistance on a regularly basis on corporate governance matters, also in favor of listed companies; she also assists clients on real-estate transactions and on commercial contracts.

She graduated from the University of Siena magna cum laude in 2006 and, thereafter, obtained a PhD in 2013 in Law and Economics, with specialization in banking and financial law.

Before collaborating with the firm since its foundation in 2011, Rosanna started her professional career with Allen & Overy (Rome) in 2006.

Rosanna is a member of the Bar of Rome.

She speaks Italian, English and French.
